Courses are built with the website builder, no coding needed, and managed from the website or the back end, which offers more options and teamwork.
A course mixes images, articles, PDF or Google Drive documents, YouTube, Google Drive or Vimeo videos, and quizzes.
Training mode sets the order of the content, Documentation mode allows free browsing; a course can require another as a prerequisite.
Enrollment open, by invitation or paid; visibility set to everyone, signed-in users, attendees only or link only.
Quizzes give the right answers and feedback to the learner; certifications validate what was learnt, and each learner follows their progress.
Learners earn points by completing courses or posting reviews; some actions require a minimum, which encourages participation.
Forums, likes, comments and reviews bring courses to life; notifications flag new content and completed courses.
