What we are asked first
Does anything need installing on the phones?
No: the app opens in the browser and sits on the home screen like an app. Large icons, short text, light screen.
Who sees what?
An employee sees their own information and the directory. A manager sees their team. HR sees all staff.
We already have Odoo Enterprise.
Senedoo RH links to it: HR opens payroll and leave from Odoo, without a second login, and every employee has their personal space in their pocket.
How long does it take to start?
For a company under one collective agreement: two to four weeks, including one month of parallel payroll.
