One list per customer type, country or website; the customer can choose it, or it applies according to their country.
Prices shown before tax for trade customers, including tax for consumers, or according to the fiscal position.
A zero-priced product shows a contact button: the request arrives with the product name.
The shop open to everyone or only to logged-in customers; accounts by invitation or free sign-up.
Company name and VAT number asked for at checkout.

Public, reseller, key account: three lists stay up to date, thirty never do.
A reseller compares prices before tax: the website shows them that way, and VAT is computed at the order summary.
Portal access is granted customer by customer, from their record.
