What the calculation does.
Orders
12,000 visits × 1.5% = 180 orders a month, 6 a day.
Sales
180 × 32,000 F = 5,760,000 F incl. VAT a month.
Carts left behind
180 ÷ (1 − 70%) = 600 carts created, 420 of them abandoned; 168 have an e-mail.
Follow-up
10% of the 168 carts followed up come back: 537,600 F recovered a month.
