Skills, levels and certifications per employee: an inventory to train, promote and assign.
What the Skills app does.
The employee record shows a Resume tab gathering experience, skills and certifications; filters find employees by background, training or certification.
Skill types are fully customisable, each with its skills and levels from 0 to 100%, updated to follow each person's progress.
Each certification has a start and end date; expired ones turn grey, those expiring within 90 days orange.
Assigned eLearning courses are followed with their progress, classroom sessions go through the Events app, and every completed course is logged on the resume.
Two views list certifications, by type or by employee, with the holder, validity dates and level reached.
With the Appraisals app, skills are updated at the review; a report shows progress or decline and finds who holds a given skill.
