What it doesn't cover is the twenty percent that costs you time every month: payroll under your collective agreement, the tax return your revenue authority expects, the six-column trial balance your auditor asks for, the till receipt the KRA wants signed.
That is where we have been working for ten years. We have written twenty-nine add-ons to Odoo for our clients — Senegalese social and tax returns, OHADA balances, payroll ledger, Wave and Orange Money payments, shelf price tags, Kenyan fiscalisation — and we maintain them at every change in the law. When a ceiling changes, every client has it the same month.
And we don't leave after go-live. Every client has a WhatsApp group with their consultants. A question on Tuesday at 9 am gets its answer on Tuesday.

The accountant opens Odoo: this month's VAT return is already prepared, she only has to review it. HR runs payroll: payslips come out under the Commerce 2023 agreement, with the payroll ledger and the CSS-IPRES return. The managing director looks at the dashboard on his phone: revenue per shop, margin, thirty-day cash, against budget.
In Nairobi, the cashier takes an M-Pesa payment: the receipt goes to the fiscal device, comes back signed with its KRA number, and the reconciliation happens on its own. In Dakar, a Senedoo consultant has already noticed that the Saly till session was not closed last night, and closed it before the shop opened.

What we get asked first
How much does an Odoo project with Senedoo cost?
We prefer to give ranges rather than "it depends". An SME starting with sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting is usually between 3 and 8 million FCFA (roughly USD 5,000–13,000) of implementation, plus Odoo licences. A multi-company group with payroll, points of sale and dashboards, between 15 and 40 million. The free assessment gives you a precise figure. (ranges to be validated before publication)
Is Odoo compliant with OHADA and Senegalese tax?
Odoo ships the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts. The rest — six-column balance, expandable income statement, VAT, withholding, DGID returns, payroll ledger, CSS-IPRES — Senedoo wrote and maintains, inside your database, at every change in the law.
What about payroll under my collective agreement?
Twenty-nine Senegalese collective agreements are modelled. Installation takes an hour; tuning on your real payslips, one month of parallel payroll.
Can we migrate from Sage?
Yes, it is one of our specialities. General ledger, chart of accounts and partners are migrated with a tooled procedure; nothing is posted until the Odoo trial balance reconciles with the Sage one. You receive the control report.
Do you work outside Senegal?
Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Mali, The Gambia, Cameroon, Kenya and Zambia today. In Kenya our tills are eTIMS-fiscalised and accept M-Pesa; documentation and support are in English.
Who answers when we have a question?
