A service station network means dozens of tills open early and closed late, a central purchasing unit and a tax regime per country. Senedoo deploys one multi-station database or, for networks of a hundred outlets and more, a cluster of SaaS databases orchestrated from Dakar, with a virtual warehouse for central purchasing.

In Kenya every receipt is signed by the KRA through eTIMS and M-Pesa reconciles on its own; the shop is read in 3D, shelf by shelf, from real sales. Rubis Energy Kenya and Oryx Energies (Côte d'Ivoire, Zambia) run this way, supported in English when needed.

Our most complete project. The Enjoy shops of a Rubis station network in Nairobi run on Odoo, eTIMS-fiscalised, with a central purchasing company as virtual warehouse, the 3D planogram and the living store. One database per station, one dashboard for the network. Pilot at Racecourse, roll-out to five stations.

Oryx Energies is one of Africa's largest independent distributors of petroleum products, present in more than fifteen countries. Its non-fuel retail — convenience shops and quick-service counters inside its stations — runs on the Odoo platform we deployed: the proof of concept on four stations has been validated, and Oryx recommended Senedoo to Rubis Kenya. The network counts about a hundred station shops in ten countries.
