Employees browse all open positions, with the number of vacancies, to spot the right one for someone they know.
A job is shared by e-mail with a tracking link, by text, WhatsApp, copied link, or on Facebook, X and LinkedIn; one button sends the whole job list.
Referrers earn points as their candidate progresses; the dashboard shows ongoing and successful referrals and points per stage.
You create rewards with a points cost, photo, description and the person who hands them over; employees buy them with their points.
Collecting points lets employees level up as their avatar evolves; each hired referral joins their avatar team.
Alerts with a display period, text and link are broadcast to all staff; the welcome text and dashboard image can be changed at any time.
