A dashboard is first a contract on the definition of numbers. Is revenue excluding tax, validated invoices, at invoice date? Is margin per shop, per project, per family? We write those definitions with you, audit them — source, period, filter, unit — and lock them.
We start from templates per trade — distribution, service stations, services, manufacturing — adapted to your analytic axes. The budget is loaded once, the variance shows everywhere. A five-station network on five databases consolidates without re-keying.
