Equipment
We equip shops and restaurants, from the counter to the accounts.
A till is not a piece of software dropped on a counter: it is hardware chosen for the job, a catalogue built product by product, payment methods that actually work in the country, and accounts that fill themselves behind it.
The hardware. Touch terminal or computer with a customer display, cash drawer, thermal receipt printer, barcode scanner, scale for goods sold by weight, payment terminal, label printer. We advise on the hardware, configure it, and check it survives a full day of service.
The catalogue. It is the longest part of the job, and the one everyone sees at the till: every item with its name, price, VAT, picture and category, so the cashier finds a product without searching for it. We import from your existing files and fill in the pictures.
Payments. Cash, card, mobile money. In Kenya, M-Pesa is wired natively into the till, and every receipt is signed by the KRA-approved fiscal device — our eTIMS bridge handles it with nothing for the cashier to do.
Restaurants have their own rules: order by table, firing to the kitchen by course — drinks go straight to the bar, savoury and sweet follow the order of the meal —, shared notes, split bills.
And beyond the till: stock drops with every sale, replenishment is computed from real sales, shelf labels print from Odoo, the session closing lands in accounting, and our watchdog spots a stuck till before the shop tells you.
