Eric Favre Invest

Eric Favre is an international sports-nutrition and wellness brand. In Senegal the group operates retail stores, gyms, an MMA brand and a pharmaceutical laboratory (Starpharm), alongside B2B distribution — all managed by Distripro and Eric Favre Invest, in a single Odoo database.

This is the shop-then-online trajectory: one catalogue, one stock, sold both at the till and on the web, with marketing (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp), loyalty and helpdesk built on the same customer base. Imports in euros, sales in CFA francs, margin followed shop by shop thanks to the automatic analytic split of till closings. Payroll for the six companies is posted company by company; the management dashboard — revenue, margin, payroll, budget and last year — was audited line by line.
