Oryx Energies

Oryx Energies is one of Africa's largest independent distributors of petroleum products, present in more than fifteen countries. Its non-fuel retail — convenience shops and quick-service counters inside its stations — runs on the Odoo platform we deployed: the proof of concept on four stations has been validated, and Oryx recommended Senedoo to Rubis Kenya. The network counts about a hundred station shops in ten countries.

One database for every station of every country, multilingual and multi-currency, with one legal entity per station so each shop keeps its own accounts while the group consolidates. Point of Sale and restaurant counter, barcode inventory, purchasing, full accounting, attendances and rosters for shift staff, shop hardware driven through Odoo IoT, and Oryx Academy — the group's own eLearning channel to train teams despite staff turnover.
