Senar — Sénégal Arachide — is a family SME founded in 1982 by Lydie Sagbo in Keur Daouda Sarr (Rufisque): roasted, natural or praline cashews, roasted, salted or sweet peanuts, cashew and peanut butters, Choco'Senar spread, dégué. Everything is grown, harvested and processed in Senegal with partner farmers. The first Senegalese company in supermarkets (Auchan, Carrefour), Senar exports to France, Italy and Spain.
Its Odoo follows processing lot by lot: receipt of nuts and peanuts, manufacturing orders per recipe, quality checks, packing, finished-goods stock and sales wholesale, in shop and for export — with the workshop's payroll and SYSCOHADA accounting.
