Rubis Energy Kenya
Rubis Energy Kenya on Odoo

Our most complete project. The Enjoy shops of a Rubis station network in Nairobi run on Odoo, eTIMS-fiscalised, with a central purchasing company as virtual warehouse, the 3D planogram and the living store. One database per station, one dashboard for the network. Pilot at Racecourse, roll-out to five stations.
Every receipt is signed by the Tremol fiscal device through our eTIMS bridge, with the KRA number printed. M-Pesa is native and reconciled automatically. Stations order from the central company, which splits into drop-shipments per supplier; each station receives under its own tax PIN. Shelves are managed in 3D, tags print from Odoo, replenishment is suggested from sales. Tills are monitored from Dakar, and teams trained with video tutorials in English.
Scheduled reporting — Rubis finance gets its reports without asking
Eleven Finance reports consolidated across every station database — summary, Z report, KRA sales, profitability summary and detail, payments, stock valuation, movements, closing stock, stock variance, purchases, expiries — each with its own schedule: daily, weekly or monthly, on Nairobi time, as PDF or Excel, with a recap in the body of the e-mail. Live today:
| Report | Cadence | Period | Format |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profitability — summary per department | Daily, 7 am EAT | Yesterday | PDF + recap in the mail |
| Profitability — detail per product | Daily, 7 am EAT | Yesterday | Excel + recap |
| Z, KRA sales, payments, stocks, purchases, expiries | Monthly, 1st at 7 am | Previous month | Excel — enabled on request |
Distribution list: the Racecourse and Dagoretti station managers (e•••@rubiskenyaenjoy.com), three people from Rubis finance and operations (f•••, e•••, a•••@rubiskenya.com) and Senedoo. Every send is logged; a cover note can be added at the top of a one-off send. Last run: 16 September 2026.
