Tour de Grasse creates fragrances and home diffusers in Grasse and distributes them from Paris to Dakar, Hong Kong and Dubai. Four companies, four currencies, one Odoo: each subsidiary invoices in its own currency and keeps its books, the group consolidates.
The heart of the setup is subscriptions: a diffuser installed at a client's — shop, hotel, office — and its refills delivered on schedule, invoiced automatically, with on-site visits planned from Odoo. We deployed sales and subscriptions, eCommerce, the till, multi-site stock, multi-currency accounting and marketing automation, then migrated the database to version 19.
