G2 Invest

G2 Invest is a Senegalese group whose subsidiaries span perfumery, cleaning and facility services, retail and distribution, agro-industry and HR services. Twelve legal entities across three countries, in a single Odoo database.

We migrated the group's existing multi-company Odoo V16 installation to the current SaaS version: for each company, chart of accounts, journals, third-party accounts, full accounting history, products, inventory, customers, suppliers, quotations, orders, invoices, payment terms, price lists, CRM opportunities, employees and users — without interrupting the businesses. Payroll, employee records and leave were then configured and the teams trained on site. In production: Point of Sale, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Barcode, Accounting, Payroll and Leaves, Subscriptions, Appointments, Planning, Documents, Sign, Studio, Knowledge and Website.
