Salary simulator
Free salary simulator and payslips on demand, for Senegal.
The payroll engine Senedoo installs for its Odoo clients, open to any employer: small businesses, accounting firms, associations, households employing domestic or security staff. Nothing to install.
The top-up salary simulator
Enter the agreed net, the collective agreement, job, grade and marital status. You get the top-up salary to write into the contract, the statutory base wage, gross pay, income tax with family quotient, TRIMF, IPRES, CSS, IPM and the total employer cost — laid out like a payslip. All 29 collective agreements, their jobs, grades and statutory gross wages are free to browse.
Open the simulator →The payslip generator
Create your account, your company (NINEA, agreement, CSS rate, logo) and your employees (job and grade, agreed net or top-up, tax shares, allowances, loans, fixed deductions). Every month: absences, bonuses, advances — preview the nets, then issue Senegalese-format PDF payslips, one by one or in bulk. Payroll book, annual 1024 return, DGID and CSS-IPRES returns, OHADA accounting entry in PDF and Excel.

What we get asked.
Are the payslips compliant with Senegalese regulations?
The computation is the one Senedoo has installed in its clients' Odoo databases for ten years: income-tax scale with family quotient, TRIMF, IPRES general and executive schemes with their ceilings, CSS family benefits and work accidents, CFCE, IPM, statutory transport allowance, pro-rata for absences. Scales are updated with every change in the law. Filing remains the employer's responsibility.
What is the top-up salary (sursalaire)?
In Senegal a contract carries a base wage set by the grade of the collective agreement plus a freely negotiated supplement, the sursalaire. Once a net has been agreed, you need the supplement that, after income tax and contributions, lands exactly on that net: that is what the simulator does.
Which collective agreement should I pick?
The one of your industry: trade, food industries, construction, hospitality, private security, banking, private education… Twenty-nine agreements are available with their 2023 scales. When in doubt, the Trade agreement matches the inter-professional conditions.
What if I already run Odoo?
Senedoo installs the same payroll directly in your database, with automatic returns and accounting: see Senegalese payroll and accounting on Odoo.
